Need your support....ideas? having a bad time.UPDATE

Update:
To recap: I am on one week on meds followed by three weeks off.

Last round I herxed on Friday night with fever and high heart rare.
Saturday was a very good day.
Then Sunday felt bad again and for several more days. I was concerned about relapsing - maybe the one week on and three weeks off wasn’t enough.

The J clinic triage nurse called today after speaking with Dr J and said that it’s herxing/ toxins and asked about my detox. I had to admit I’ve not been doing as much the last month or so. I ran out of Epsom salts a couple weeks ago.
She asked if I was sweating - ie sauna or exercise.
I haven’t done my reg exercising for a couple weeks either

I asked why would I feel bad again on Sunday - she said because the meds are still working from Friday.

She said I would be looking at week 3 and 4 if I was relapsing.
A relapse doesn’t happen two days after taking abx and herxing.

The strange ear/jaw pain is gone.. thank goodness

That sounds like encouraging news from the clinic. I am sure you were concerned it could be a sign of relapse. That’s a relief to be assured it’s herxing and the abx still working. Take care of yourself and bump up the detox. You will make it, Girlie! You’re going to see this through to completion.

Yah - I was kinda freaking out - I am hoping and praying that I’m very close to remission - but then this happened!
Bartonella is a nasty beast!
