I would not think It would be any different than eating with lyme. Natural foods that agree with your immune system and your individual gut.
Whole foods are obviously best.
I say "your individual gut" because many veggies cause issues for those with possible lingering SIBO, those foods being fodmaps. Starch veggies too are issues in many with yeast issues.
Need to experiment one at a time, whole foods, dont mix them if your not sure- need to see and feel the results of each.
Gluten, as much as people are sick of hearing about
and most likely not to tackle, is starting to be known as something everyone should at least lower their intake levels of. Bread might have some good vitamins?..so what, get them from better sources. The grains of today are not the grains of the past.
Even some GF bread still has FODMAPs in it, some need to limit this even. Its confusing. Then again, a palio diet is NO bread.
