I have a squeezy bottle to use sinus wash in that works like a neti pot. The saline alone isn’t helping much. I need to knock this stuff out. In the 4the week now of yellow/brown junk coming out of my nose.

I don’t have essential oils, only herbal tinctures. Can I put a little peroxide in the saline mixture? Are there any herbal tinctures that would be helpful and safe to put up my nose?

I remember somebody mentioned baby shampoo as a biofilm buster. I don’t have that but I do have fragrance free liquid soap and dish liquid.

Actually I just remembered I do have a sample vial of clove essential oil. Is clove oil good to add to sinus wash?
