Hello multifacetedme, I think I got here a couple of years after you...I don't think these bacteria teach us anything
edit: well maybe they teach us to learn more about science and how microscopic things can wreak havoc, and to not be so naive in the tall grass at spring and summer time..to be more careful and then the dieting and intermittent fasting which are healthy things to do anyway... but their resilience, persistence is just survival, and they are smart enough to do that, keep the host alive and warm enough to get into the next reproduction cycle...like the (toxoplasmosis infected) mouse that taunts a cat, it makes no sense. I know and I can relate...
edit: to not feel like one's self, to act and behave out of character, the flatness of emotion, bartonella I think. I like to think that career change/re-invention is always possible.
edit: Could you still do the art retreat? I'm sorry for all your extra stress
edit: I mean that sounds like a lot to grieve, sorry for your losses, hope you can find some uplifting support.
What I meant was...You achieved remission before, so I hope you are again blessed with more wellness. edit: reason, I felt I was insensitive or had a flippant tone in my comments.
