Hello,
I have read descriptions of symptoms coming and going on cycles of weeks or months. Do others have symptoms that come and go more frequently?
I had a good morning today and felt well enough for a short trip by car. That seemed to trigger 2 hours of increased soreness in my lymph nodes (left side of neck and collar bone), tender ribs and abdomen, and a sense of malaise/fatigue. 2 hours later those symptoms have diminished or gone.
I have had this short cycle a few times.
I have been ill for 3 months and have no doctor. I have found a N.D. with lyme knowledge but he is booked up for 2 months. An E.R. doctor prescribed 3 weeks of doxycycline. I had bad neck and shoulder pain, headaches, brain fog, ear ringing and other lyme related symptoms after what I believe was a bite on the scalp. The last doxy pill was 3 weeks ago and I am improved but still getting these short bursts of some symptoms.
I am doing detox self-treatments suggested on this site - regular detox tea, turmeric, lemon water, garlic, vitamin C, zinc (for the unchanged ear ringing).
Any suggestions? Thank you.
