"Low cortisol symptoms tend to involve fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, etc"
- High cortisol does too, but its more of a "wired and tired", because it wears you out.
Interesting possibility which does happen is having both low and high- exp: - the rhythm is 12 hrs off. I treated this with supplements and luckily most only work for about
8 hrs or so at the most - and dont cost much.

Likewise, hypothyroid (low) has some identical symptoms to hypErthyroid - cant sleep, nervous ect BUT also hypo makes lethargy. Basically your like a zombie on crack. Yet so many Drs are unaware that hypothyroid creates anxiety and insomnia. Again, Dr need to LISTEN and LEARN from patients.

Had all these symptoms in the past. Im guessing many "chronic lymies" do too but LLMDs are too concentrated on killing the bugs which is only a small part of the battle.
