Wow. Well, I went to the gym yesterday morning and hit the sauna like I sometimes do, however the temp was set on Max. I lowered it, but still went in, so I guess it was too high because when I got home I had a weird looking rash all over both my arms that perfectly resembles toasted skin syndrome. I was only in there for 10 minutes.
Does anyone know if this is a lyme/Bart related issue, a herx or could it be the real "toasted syndrome"? I am just trying to find a reason why this would happen. Its so odd because it is usually due to "prolonged exposure" and I was only in there for 10min. I have only used the sauna maybe 4 times this month, and at a lower setting. Any thoughts? Thanks!
