Good News

I had mold remediation done. I was very skeptical about the work, as the remediators told me they didn’t see or find any mold in any of the suspect areas other than the known leak area. A mold dog had detected sources of contamination under all the windows.

Well, the mold dog came back this morning for the post inspection, and much to my amazement, all was clear.

I have HOPE now. I haven’t tried to go in without suit/respirator yet, so I don’t know how my immune system will respond to the environment yet. I do know that the sources of mold contamination are now gone. That’s a big deal.

There’s still a lot to be done before we can move in, but like I said, I have HOPE now where there seemed to be none. Thank you, JESUS!!!🙏

That's so great, WBF! I remember being so thrilled to get the air samples back post-remediation, with no further contamination found. What a relief it must be for you to get one step closer to having a safe place to call home. Sending a big celebratory hug.
