I usually, but not always, get my monthly symptom cycles. The specific symptoms can change weekly, month to month, or 1/2 year, yearly, or longer. Lots of cycles within cycles too. The usual Lyme, Bart, etc. symptom stuff.
The cycles are maddening - when you have your good days and feel 20%-30% better (better than terrible) you want to enjoy life, do fun things and not chores. I’m not sick anymore! - No need for intervention! - says the parasite to the host...
So...what I am curious about; is those of you who have been tested and re-tested with different results; have you noticed any difference in your test results based on if you have your blood drawn when you are having a good spell, compared to a bad spell?
The reason I ask, of course, is that I just received my ArminLabs test kit to get filled - and sure enough the past 2-3 days have been the better days of the month for me.
So I am wondering if I should wait a week or more for my blood draw - when I am sure that I will be back “just having a bad spell”...lol.
Or maybe there are increased antibodies now, and this is the better time to have the blood draw.
Just wondering if any of you oldtimers (to Lyme/co...) have noticed any suggestive pattern with yourselves - or others that have posted here.
Or maybe I’m just overthinking this...
