I have quite a bit of notes and I can't go through all of them without spending a lot of time but I had this written on a page I was looking at the other day. My notes come from references and are not just my opinion.
Chronic yeast can decrease molybdenum.
Copper often elevates when molybdenum is low.
An increase in sulfur can decrease molybdenum.
Too much copper can increase headaches.
A decrease in copper can increase histamine.
Alkaline foods limit copper. (and limit sulfur as well)
BHMT8, MTHFR C677T, and MTHFR03 have a predisposition for H pylori and decreased copper.
MTRR mutation leads to mineral depletion.
