Thanks Dude. I had seen the top article but not the bottom one you posted. Politics and money have corrupted the scientific literature process and diluting the accurate information that is printed. The sheep-aluminum study from Spain is a good example. There was nothing wrong with that study other than Big Pharma didn't like the results. It has been discredited and rebuked. Andrew Wakefield's study on the MMR is another. I tend to look at the sponsors of the study to see how much bias may be involved. If a drug company funds a study and the results are unfavorable, it won't get published. That is wrong but money is the driving factor. They are now hiding the money trail so we can't see who is funding the studies.
JB, you first have to determine what are your major pathogens. There is a high percentage it is more than one. Then you have to determine if metals are involved. They often are. Then you have to look at what minerals you are depleted. Knowing your genes can help with that one. I can use me as an example, if I eat too much protein, I feel bad and can't sleep. If I eat too much fat, I feel bad and can't sleep. If I eat to little fat, I feel bad and can't sleep. There isn't much left I can eat without it adversely affecting my condition. No one wants to eat like I need to eat, not even me. We are all different in our GI flora and that is often what drives our condition. Hang in there, you can beat whatever you have.
