Grinding vertabrae...

I have had to popping and grinding in other joints but this is next level... it's a grind up a third of my thoracic spine . It feels uncomfortable whereas other pops feel necessary This feels damaged and wierd.

I was wondering if it will ever go away or if it's the beginig of down hill. Any infection that is thought to cause?? If taking collegen or glucosamine/chrondroiten or any other supplement might help???

Lightlife - most people here get this in their neck. Its been described as "gravely". I had it, its gone. Many think they are losing joint tissue. Most are not though.

A joint that is torqued and compressed will appear to have coleagan loss on x-ray imaging. Release the tension, and joint space re-appears along with smooth moving.
