Ivermectin and kidney support

I took 3 mg. Ivermectin for five days then a week after my last dose I repeated this treatment. Bad herxing--very fluey with terrible back pain. My ****su practitioner hit my kidney points and they were painful. I am thinking my elimination organs are stressed, esp. kidneys. Been drinking ACV and lemon water, golden milk and drinking lots of water. Also, far infrared sauna, Epsom salts baths and castor oil liver packs. Any suggestions on how to support the kidneys and liver so I can continue to take Ivermectin? Any one else experience bad back pain and sore muscles, bones on it? Weekly enemas show what look like nematodes, round worms in toilet bowl.

I have chronic Lyme, co-infections and MTHFR gene mutation (1 copy). I get IV glutathione 2600 mg. with Mers Cocktail every two or three weeks. I have difficulties with herx reactions to most everything I take but this was particularly bad. Not taking anything else except glutathione/Myer's IV's currently. No herx from that but it took months to build up to that dose. I do believe it has helped my phase 2 liver detox.
