Is tingling (esp. on the legs) a bartonella symptom?

Yes.

But it also can be from other things! Mold, Borrelia, neuropathy, MCAS, and other things depending on how it presents. Can you say more about the sensation? Painful, burning, more of a tickle, specific times of day, other areas of the body, any triggers, etc.?

Not painful or burning. More like a prickly feeling. I notice it normally when other symptoms flare up. Today it’s flaring with the tingling, headaches and pain on the soles of my feet (which makes me think Bart?)

It does sound like Bart....If you do bart treatment and you don't get improvement...you may need to look into other causes. It can take a while though, as those symptoms are nerve generated...and nerves can take a long time to heal.

I've been having some bad tingling especially in legs since starting treatment (comes and goes). It relieved last time I treated in 2018, so it makes me think infections for me. Could be Bart, as I've had other Bart type symptoms.

I also recall that Chris Mathews, a famous liberal political MSNBC talk show host who was recently fired, often stated that he had a tingling feeling in his leg when Barak Obama first got elected.

I don't know which co-infection causes this but tingling is definitely part of the whole MSIDS/Lyme Borreliosis Complex. I have this tingling like it crawls up my nerves across my head sometimes, or through my gut and sometimes in my femur/thigh area. You definitely remember it because it's not like a usual normal sensation.
