It's logical to feel worried as you process this. Disabled by anxiety all the time? No. But to worry enough to be cautious and bear witness to the scope of the damage being done? Makes sense!
I'm taking a few extra things including some of Buhner's recommendations (but by no means all of them!). Ginger, red root, JK, andrographis, manuka honey, elderberry, zinc, echinacea, mushroom blend, licorice, marshmallow, vitamin D, vitamin C, quercetin, curcumin. Trying to get enough sleep and find time to do inner work each day, but my kid makes those difficult! Also using Xlear nasal spray twice per day. Once allergens in the air ramp up, I'm also going to use the neti pot, just so my body has less to fight.
At first I was terribly anxious about
every other day. My family was one of the first to isolate, including pulling our child out of programs before they closed, because I know that the cytokine storms my body is prone to with viruses are not something with which to mess around. The anxiety calmed as we reached five days (common incubation period) and then 14 days (typical incubation period maximum, although a few cases seem to take even longer...). Limiting how often I check this forum and the news helped. Now I'm on a more even keel, but it took a while. We don't leave our yard, we clean off delivered groceries, we let any mail or deliveries sit on the porch for a few days before we bring them in, and we try to be nice to each other.

We all are in this for the long haul.
