I can tell you what I take, but I'm not sure what general recommendations are:
Curcumin (Meriva form by Jarrow) 500mg 3x/day
Quercetin (Solaray) 500mg 3x/day
Vitamin C 1000mg
Magnesium (glycinate) 300mg (but should be taking more, just already swallowing a million pills)
B12 (Jarrow methylated B12 + folate) 1000mcg 2x/week
Vitamin D (D3 from lichen) 5000IU
