Swollen hurt to touch gland under chin

Tried to identify the exact node but no success.
This is painful only to the touch but is very tender. This has happened throughout the years. Usually a couple times a year. Twice in the last few months. At one point years ago I went to dr. Scared of throat cancer.. I think it's part of the Lyme led mystery puzzle.

Is it a symptom of coinfection that you know of? I haven't been out so I don't believe it's a newly acquired infection. Anyone else get this? Under chin top of throat right side

I've had that for years. Never thought about it possibly being related to Lyme. Right side only. It's almost always swollen at least a little. I just always wrote it off as allergies.

Bartonella. I have tons of sore and swollen lymph nodes in my neck and around my jaw. My left side of my neck is worse.

Bartonella causes swollen and often sore lymph nodes.

I had one in the clavicle area for a couple years - cleared up on bart treatment.
Also during that treatment a new one appeared and that one resolved too.

I do think Bart is what causes my swollen and/or sore lymph nodes.

I also think its bart. I had that and would think of throat cancer. It actually forced me to quite chewing tobbaco

Does bartonella cause these enlarged and rock solid but not painful lymph nodes in the neck area?

Yes. Mine don’t always hurt, even when swollen.
