Have you tried olive leaf or lemon balm? I also like liposomal biocidin. I took famvir for 6 months and I felt a bit better in terms of fatigue. My fatigue goes in spurts though and is not my main symptom.

Since Sunflower posted this, I've been looking into naturals that may help with EBV. There seems to be nothing I can take that has touched the EBV numbers.

With what I have read, there are some natural "cures" that simply keep the EBV from multiplying and some that actually help kill, if I am understanding that right. And I do understand you can never get EBV out of your system, but you strive to get your numbers down.

Does anyone know what actually kills and what keeps it from replicating? I am considering Transfer Factor Plasmic as suggested on this thread, along with lomatium and ozone therapy. Already taking monolaurin, but maybe the amount I'm taking is not enough. But wondering if anyone knows what kills and what hinders. Also saw ashwaghanda (spelling?) mentioned in searching.

Cignet - I had not heard of Isatis. Good information and appreciated. After talking with a doctor at Researched Nutritionals, I've ordered Transfer Factor Plasmyc and will also look at others. Always making sure whatever I take is safe with kidney issues. That takes out Chinese Skullcap and licorice. But all ideas are appreciated. I do take Cordyceps.
