23 and Me will tell you about many known genetic risk factors if you get the health version, yes. Most of the things you care about as a person with Lyme probably aren't going to be in their report. However, they do let you download your raw data. The raw data can be interpreted by websites or doctors looking for specific mutations, or you can research the genetics online and analyze it yourself. The DIY approach can get complicated with disorders that involve multiple genes, but it's an option.

Your oh so close with the 24 and me.

DNA/genetic/health is all one same test. Prices vary, try buying direct to avoid mark up.

I did this 23andMe years ago only $100 then. They jumped on the ancestor bandwagon after I did this.
