What Am I Missing?

I've posted a few times here, but really need advice from those that have fought this battle before.

I'm 38 and believe I was infected either in 2016 or fall 2019. Back in 2016 I was bit on the leg, developed a round rash, was given doxy for 14 days for "cellulitis", and then was ok. Over the next few years I had some really mild, random symptoms come and go. In May 2019 I had a mole on my shoulder removed and just kind of gradually added symptoms - chest wall pain, sure bottoms of my feet, palpitations, air hunger, fatigue. Went to a ton of MDs from 8/19 to 12/19 with no diagnosis but did talk them into testing - ELISA was negative twice, Western Blot was positive for band 41, Bartonella negative. I also had 3 EKGs and a cardiac stress test(reason: chest wall pain) and a spine MRI (back pain) which came back all normal.

I finally found a Dr knowledgable in Lyme who diagnosed me clinically with Lyme and probable Babesia/Bartonella. He said he didn't knuw that my Lyme was active but felt my biggest issue was co-infections. He also said my Vitamin D and adrenals were normal but in the low range. Additionally, we found small cysts on my right thyroid via ultrasound, but thyroid labs were normal.

I suspected Lyme before I visited him and started Buhner herbs for Lyme/Bart/Babs. Honestly, I jumped in fast. This was around late February. My Dr said I could go antibiotics, herbal, antibiotics+herbal, or LDI. I decided on A+H.

I started azithromycin 3/24, added Cefuroxime 4/19, was on Atovaquone May 7 to May 27, and now started Tinidazole yesterday. I've also cut back to just Bart herbs.

For detox, I just started taking one activated charcoal per day last week and have done epsom salt baths pretty regularly for two weeks. This is an area I just don't know much about.

My diet is ok - I can certainly do better though. I do get mild to moderate exercise most days.

My question is this - what else can I do or should I be doing? More detox? Supplements? Binders? Other herbs? Antibiotics to push for? I know this won't be a quick fix, but I also don't want to miss on time I could be working to heal by missing something or doing something wrong.

My primary bothersome symptoms are upper back pain, pain on the bottoms of my feet when walking, and palpitations. some mild parasthesia, and fatigue.

Are you taking probiotics daily?

Yes on Probiotics. For the Mepron I'm 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off, 3 weeks on, and so on.
