Try adding in some non Pharma yeast remedies.

The colloidal silver is working well for me.
Twice day spraying on a patch on my face and also down ‘there’ - I’ve been doing that for weeks plus eating coconut oil (a Tbsp at a time) - once or twice on most days.

I’m not having die off that I’m aware of.

From their site:

“When a silver product contains the most active species of silver, coupled with the smallest particle size and greatest amount of positively charged silver, then a safe low concentration of 10 to 23 ppm bioactive silver is all that you will ever need. Higher concentrations of total silver can lead to increasing risks for toxicity. So, you want to look for a formula with the maximum bioactivity and thus lower concentration. Remember: Less is more with silver PPM.“

I haven’t found what their ppm yet
