Know any good alternative medicine based cancer sites/forums?

Its in his lung and vertebrata, in the hospital for pain, but still functioned.

Besides gut health to lower body inflammation, any good supps that can actually help? (friend asked me)

Hes no health freak, diet will be first step. He smoked in the past.

my father died of prostate cancer that metastasized and spread throughout his body.

the family was committed to conventional medicine until very near the end.
I looked into several alternative options and came up with the following:

1, cannabis oil - there is a great deal of research on this - and it is very promising.
if it were me I would start with this one. there are a few provisos though.
i, it has to be the real stuff - not diluted or synthetic as are most products on the market.
ii, it needs to contain both THC and CBD - ie whole plant extracts ( you can make it in your kitchen in either alcohol or heating the plat briefly in oil)
iii, dosing is rather high - so he will be pretty much stoned teh whole time - but not in a bad way
it can be taken alongside conventional Chemotherapy and it can be used to reduce nausea and increase appetite.

there is a Netflix documentary worth a watch called "weed the people" about its use as a cancer treatment in children in the USA - some remarkable stories - but does not work 100% for everyone ( but then nothing does)
my brother has a workmate that had terminal cancer and used it and went into full remission - his doctors could not explain it.

2, Arteminisin - this also looked promising to me - safe enough and worth a go ( no one thing works for every person or every cancer because each cancer is on its own trajectory of serial mutations and so unique). quite a few studies on its use in Cancer already.

3, Black seed oil - (Nigella Sativa seed oil ) more recently I have read some of the research on this with a view to its use in Bartonella infections. it's a very interesting herb.

has been used in the middle east for 1000's of years and safe to take orally.
It seems to work in a similar fashion to Cannabis in that it helps restore apoptosis to damaged/cancerous or aberrant cells.
( this mechanism is believed to be how cannabis causes tumors to shrink).

With all of them its necessary to look into drug reactions - especially with Arteminisin and to some degree with Cannabis in patients on multiple prescription medications as both of these interact with liver enzymes and can, therefore, increase or decrease the effectiveness of other drugs - eg blood thinning medication/blood pressure medication

Mistletoe is something that is used for cancer. They do IVs or injections. Perhaps orally as well but wouldn't be enough for cancer?
