I have my schedule for the next 2 months so I have made a new treatment plan that is focused more on flushing and getting the body to work better, then taking things that kill.
Monday. Treatment
Tuesday. Treatment if we finish lab work for school early
Friday. Treatment
I have planned the days around when I have to perform the most at school and work.
Treatment: Argentyn 23(silver) if I'm going into a store that day, earthing mat, H2 Elite, iodine, glutathione, milk thistle, liv 52. I also going to do some salt flushing. I will most often do 1-2 of these during a treatment day.
Supplements. I have cut down some here to save money lately so don’t take all of these every day. Vitamin C, vitamin d, magnesium, selenium, zinc, copper, fish oil, probiotics(once a week), sea thorn.
I will do some outdoors earthing also during days that are not treatment days. Been doing DNRS most days lately but only for 8-16 min. LLLT a few days a week. Also, some yoga, working out, meditation, cold showers, and sauna.
Areas I could improve on
Diet. I'm working on cutting down the junk I eat at the weekends here. It’s a lot better than before but not as good as I want it.
Sleep. I used to get up at least 6 nights a week to urinate during the night, now I sleep through most nights. But I have still been quite bad in my routine before bed most days, so I can improve a lot here. I should be starting to measure my sleep again with my Oura ring,
Stress. This is the biggest problem I think. There has been a lot more work than expected for me with my girlfriend's new company and online store. I decided to back down from 6 full days of school and work to 5 full days and one shorter. I do work way too late at night also, that I don’t have to do then.
I believe that H2 Elite helped a lot before, and it's great that we could afford to buy another one now. This week I have been doing more earthing outside then normally, and I think that is going to be great also. The weather is getting colder, so its good I have my earthing mat for winter.
