if you are in the UK and have a GP they should have your blood type on file already? no?
there is some short form of data that they are able to share with emergency services et in case you are in a car accident or similar and they need to give you blood in a hurry - so it's usually in there.
by the way a few years ago - early on in my health journey - I looked into the blood type diets material in some depth - even tried it for 3-4 months and came to the conclusion that for me at least it was bunkum.
maybe there is some small effect - but for me, it did not align with the foods suggested for my type - or at the very least, other drivers of my overall health were of a much larger magnitude than anything thsi could offer me.
