Hi I'm very Lost with B12 deficiency......
I did some testing but still no results... I very stuck and dunno what to do anymore do ya'll think daily B12 IM Hydroxocobalamin 1ml + 100mcg folate or folinic acid is ok for repairing this deficiency ? Or is the methyl too low ? Maybe I should do once every two day ? But I got all the neuro B12 symptoms and it just gets worse and worse and worse and worse. Idk if I have pernicious anemia but I have Methylspray could I take it with the b12 IM too ? Maybe I should try methylco in IM ? But idk where to buy it... My b6 and biotin was low on OAT test. B12 was ok but That's bcs i did injections I stopped injections some time ago because with the methylfolate I seemed to overmethylate (on300/400mcg) I have deficiency in coq10 and carnitine too.. vit c also.. glutaric acid high, high aspartame levels.. I did homocysteine & MMA test today so I'll see but I didn't had a shot or methyl since +- 4/5 days now.. just lost to how to treath this and not overmethylate... Also Idk if taurine is ok for me... I never rlly had issues with methylfolate a year before but now well. (I changed many things in my protocol..) Also should folate be taken an hour before B12 or at the same time ...??
I can't take more than 100/200mcg folate.. (i divided in 8 the homocystex capsule from seeking health) I take with in in supplement 125mcg methyl/adeno + 1per day hydroxoco b12 IM.
Is the folate and B12 okay to work good enought together ?? It is for extreme neurological symptoms... And when I take too much folate I overmethylate but my B12 deficiencyis IMMENSE. I hope the amount of B12 I take won't wipe out the low folate I take. Any toughts ?
(Ps : I still need to reply to my older post I hope to be able to do it asap...)
