New Symptom : Small Swelling or Lump Near Fingernail

Have developed dark, small lumps on each finger about 1 half or inch behind fingernail. Worse on right hand. Any idea about this? It doesn't hurt but area in front of dark area is red. Also tingling hands.

If I could figure out how to post a picture, I would. It's strange because the small "lumps" aren't always as bad as they were yesterday and they are worse on the right hand.

I did start an anti-fungal about 10 days ago and have felt worse - leg fatigue, more pain, more fatigue. And I'm waiting to hear from Immunolytics on what kind of mold was found in a few rooms. Have had many tests for autoimmune, but they all have come back negative over a one-year period except for complements C3 and C4. Totally lost on this.
