Sensitivity to CBD is rare but can happen. Dr. Rawls has lots of articles about CBD if you are curious. As with lot of things, the purity of the CBD makes a difference. It's pricey and unregulated, so unfortunately many formulations contain fillers, are grown with pesticides, or something else that you might be reacting to rather than to CBD itself. The various strains of cannabis and the various growing methods also can make a difference in full-spectrum (not just CBD) cannabis products. https://rawlsmd.com/health-articles/science-behind-cbd-everything-want-know#side-effects
No need to push yourself, obviously, so I hope it doesn't sound like I am saying you must get to the bottom of this! Just saying that you have nearly endless options of strains and companies you could try, if you are interested in finding one that might work for you. The neuro symptoms you describe are exactly what cannabis often helps, so it does seem odd for you to be affected that way. Allergies don't usually present that way, but who knows?
