WBF, so far I have been drinking apple juice and eating grapefruits (recommended by some of the flush recipe websites) and taking digestive bitters. I have increased my milk thistle dosage, cut back on some other supplements, and added in dandelion, wormwood, and black walnut extracts. Symptoms continue to come and go. I was exposed to mold about
ten days ago, too, about
which I feel like an idiot. Plus extra state-of-the-world stress lately. So I'm not doing well!
My plan is still to do a gallstone flush (olive oil, Epsom salt, and apple juice), take bitters regularly, treat suspected dysbiosis with herbs, drink aloe vera, take probiotics, and start TUDCA. I'm just trying to get back to a functional baseline before doing anything that might be further destabilizing.
