I’ve experienced that, especially if I feel nervous, stressed, or defensive for some reason. Also experienced what sara mentioned - like exercise intolerance.
Recently, I talked on the phone with a mold friend. We had a great time talking. After finishing the conversation, I checked the phone to see how long we had talked. We had talked for 2 hours 20 minutes!!! I was shocked and excited, because that’s the longest conversation I have had probably in years. I remember getting tired just talking a few minutes with people.
I wanted to mention, too, that when I experienced this, I noticed that if I was the one talking (and I wasn’t nervous or stressed) that I could talk much longer than I could listen to someone else talking. Trying to listen and follow a conversation was very difficult when I was sicker. Yes, it does improve with detox and treatment.
