A dr just sent in my blood for testing.

I didn't actually ask what she was covered in the test. I am assuming lyme and co. I believe she said 4-6 weeks for results. Does this sound right?

Anyone with expieriences?

I got results much faster from MDL maybe 2 weeks. For a western blot and some co infection testing.

Yeah, I find a lot of doctor's offices tend to inflate the turnaround time for tests. My experience is that most labs return results in two weeks or less from when they receive the sample.

The only tests I have had done from MDL were a viral panel, but that was returned in 8 days.

I testeted lyme on occasion. With primary care 2x.
I then figured out that was what I had after ten years.( Years before I had the rash, thought it was ringworm at time. The later looking at pictures realized plus symptoms. I even remembered the tick at that location. )

Anyway, I tested Igenex for coinfections sbout six years ago. Negative

I guess I should keep taking lyme tests to try to get CDC positive so maybe insurance will cover costs of treatment.
