Shortness of breath

Sometimes when I just get up to walk across the room I'm like out of breath?? I just tried to jog slowly haven't even started and really out of breath like wt gives? Is this typical air hunger or?it really sucks as I don't have asthma or anything so can mold or lyme babs do this and wt can I take to improve this thanks.

Do you have POTS? I experience air hunger with POTS sometimes.

Babesia is known to cause air hunger, in particular.

A pulse oximeter is an inexpensive way to ease your mend about whether you are in face getting enough oxygen (since with air hunger it can feel otherwise).
