Pulsatile tinnitus

This is driving me insane. It's giving me anxiety and panic all this ringing in my ears with headaches. Also swooshing sound/ heartbeat sound in my ear. I know ear wax buildup which is likely I've used qtips past 10 yrs like every single day can cause ringing in the ears? And also I've heard of Meniers disease can cause it along with vertigo. Have any of u actually had ear wax removal and the ringing stopped or been diagnosed with Meniers? It's so deafening and I cant concentrate either. I also feel numb and tingly while this happens at.times and weak. Maybe mold or heavy metals as well?any vitamins or herbs for this ringing

I had the pulsatile tinnitus but not the ringing in the ears.
The swooshing was in time with my heart beat.

What worries me was when I googled pulsatile tinnitus and read a rather disturbing cause.

Mine has fully gone away - after treatment.
It was during/after Bartonella treatment - prob about 2 years of treatment.

what did you use to treat your bartonella?
