I took it every other day. Sometimes once every three or four days depending on herxing.

If you take it too often it can increase liver enzymes, but it was kinda hard to tell when this was happening. I sometimes noticed an increase in urine production after taking it, and sometimes cloudy urine, but maybe that was just detoxing other things.
