STD GONE TO MY CERTIX , CAN CAUSE INFERTILITY??

I either have mycoplasma or chlamydia from lyke and it’s gone to my cervix , my pelvic area . I fear I may now be infertile . The doctors perscribe me antibiotics but resistant to take it because it can cause cancer and has severe side effects so I’m waiting for a Lyme doctor to see the alternative medicines . But not sure what to do. I have medicine to put in my vagina but can’t put suppository in my vagina without it hurting me.
