If I do workouts with my arms I will have pain in the bicep/tricep area the rest of the night. Feels like an achey pain and as if my tissues are inflamed. My LLMD seemed pretty confident it's enthesopathy which he says is a common symptom of bartonella. I've never really treated bartonella for extended period of time as my symptoms don't necessarily line up with bartonella and my blood test only ever showed babesia-duncani as being positive. I tried to do some research but literally can't find anything lyme related on enthesopathy. Has anyone heard or dealt with something similar?
Take collagen powder daily if you don't already. I had tendonitis for years and tried everything to get rid of it, I finally started taking Great Lakes collagen powder randomly and it healed my tendonitis after a month of daily use. I still take it every day, and Buhner recommends it in his book because Lyme and Bart eat collagen. Tendons are made of collagen and we lose it as we age.
