Xyzal casein issues?

Has anyone with dairy/casein issues had trouble with xyzal? I’ve had casein issues for years and before Easter I started getting these headaches that I thought were because I’ve been off omega 3 and my body’s store ran out. It was weird to me that they were bad with xyzal. My doc said it was probably because xyzal breaks biofilm but I’d never had either these headaches or biofilm issues with it before and I’d been taking it for the better part of a year. I just noticed it has lactose as an inactive ingredient and I’m wondering if what I’m feeling is really a mild version of those headaches I get with accidentally ingest dairy.

I spoke with a compounding pharmacy to see if they could make xyzal without lactose but it’s expensive needs a prescription and probably takes time (they have to order the powdered form). I’ve been mostly living off small amounts of blackberries since Sunday when I tried to eat a small amount of romaine lettuce snd it went very badly.

I know I found that shocking. Apparently Claritin does for some people too. Usually anything that might possibly think about breaking biofilm makes my infections go nuts... but nothing from xyzal or Claritin, well until holy Saturday, if that even was the problem.

Basically in the description it says that pepsin will not cleave/break apart the casein protein meaning you need a more crazy enzyme like dpp iv or some of these other protease enzymes probably produced using fungus to make it work. I had known bromelian didn’t work, but I was hoping pepsin would 😂
