It seems bart herx are the worst and seems it's very hard to get rid of or is it just me? I use milk thistle only 175 mg daily bt read its suppose to be 1200 mg daily which I didnt know, maybe I need to detox more idk. I'm getting weary not knowing how to detox or what to use tjats the most effective that once I start treatment I feel like just giving up. I think to myself "ok the herxing and treatment feel worse than the Initial infection, if I stop treatment it'll just go back to normal" I know I need to do this though.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, it’s so tough but I really think more detoxing could help you. I like doing the sauna, I believe my portable one was under $300 on Amazon but it’s been well worth the price. I also like taking a Burbur/Pinella tincture. Epson baths, yoga, lemon water all help too! Good luck

The toxins from bart herx always seemed to end up in my bile, and caused painful, stinky diarrhea. I don't know what to do to detox from bartonella herx other than take something to help poop it out.

interesting - i have bart and have issues with bile flow going up and down, pain in liver and gall bladder that comes and goes and sometimes feel much better after flushing it all out - makes me wonder if cholestyramine could help
