Just wanted to post my experience with this probiotic because I know the CFSremission guy recommends it and some people on this group were considering it, pots I remember in particular.

I tried Miyarisan probiotic. I had a horrible reaction. Instant hives and itching eyes, followed by joint pain. Then it threw me into a flare for about a week. I read a story on reddit of someone having the same exact symptoms, hives itching and joint pain in the extremities. Just wanted to highlight that risk. I threw it in the garbage so I'd never be tempted to try it again or give it to someone else

i am more and more convinced that something in the gut is absolutely key to a lot of the symptoms we are experiencing - if only it wasn't so fiendishly difficult to unpick!

how is the PHGG trial going - still on it? still feeling benefits ?
