Did you try magnesium for anxiety? It’s not worked for me that way but I’ve heard others find it calming. I guess what I’m wondering is if your anxiety and burning is a nervous system issue or a massive relapse, or I suppose both. After hurricane sandy I had similar issues, and I was never able to pinpoint exactly what caused the whole thing. I was on levaquin at the time which caused these episodes before but nothing so severe or never ending. I also had been eating kefir crystals, taken some pau d’arco, and occasionally oregano oil around same time period.
I remember initially I was so exhausted my mom would put food in my mouth and I’d struggle to find the energy to chew. I’d fall asleep but still feel the rocking room and have panic over my bp crashing so I never wanted to sleep but also was utterly exhausted.
Biotin was the first thing that helped me get out of acute issues and later I realized it was a massive relapse and abx fixed the rest. Lyme abx got my heart rate down. Bartonella abx made the world stop rocking.
Oh is your blood pressure low? In more recent times when my bp runs low particularly after my period I suffer from some burning and the feeling that puts the words “I’m so depressed I need to throw up and die” through my head. I eventually found keep my bp more stable especially while sleeping helped. My endocrinologist claimed I’m not in perimenopause but I’m not sure I believe her... another lady friend said it sounded like perimenopause snd taking more multivitamins helped. That also helped some but keeping the bp from sinking helped more.
