Low vit b12

Is taking b complex better or vit b's separate? The nurse said any levels of 400 or below can cause nuerophsyciatric symptoms and is possibly causing my burning bt idk.

I take a b complex but added extra folic acid and b12.

Now I don’t take the extra b12 anymore as I tested quite high for b12
I was on Leucovorin for awhile when I was doing the heavy persisters protocol ala DrJ.
I think one of the med I was on was depleting the folic acid - I think it was Dapsone

The risk with B complexes is that some people have reported toxic effects from excessive vitamin B6.
