Most of u have done antibiotics for years. My problem is yeast and mold. My gut is full of yeast even though I've changed my diet. If I take antibiotics im prone to getting yeast Infections and diarrhea .what is the best probiotics to take that'll make a difference.

Take several different ones

I take 1) Natural factors (capsule) , 2) HMF Forte (capsule) (both my LLND and my LLMD suggested that one) 3) BIO-K (little yogurt cups) and 4) Saccharomyces bouliardi,

I also buy Kefir from the grocery store.

I dnt think I can have sourkrout or kombucha because of the yeast.

I love kefir. I had to stop taking it as it only added onto the yeast and cramping and bloating lol. Now I cut out kefir because its (dairy) bt I am taking saccharomyces b.

What percentage of your diet are carbohydrates? Usually yeasts and molds are supported through diet and/or they are reintroduced frequently from environmental exposure.

There is non dairy kefir

I wish I could help you on this. Recently, I started a new probiotic and started having more stomach and psychological issues. Never knew probiotics, other than those with dairy, could cause different symptoms in different people until I learned on this site.
