Might be a good idea to up the probiotics and see what happens..
will not hurt - but unfortunately - we can supplement less than 1% of the gut microbes via probiotics - and even when we do - they often do not populate the gut if the environment is not right for them.
research is still very much in its infancy around the topic - for example of how we can change that.
latest research shows that SIBO is the likely cause - which itself is caused by an auto-immune reaction - and then leads to lots of downstream issues - like leaky gut, nutrient deficiencies, immune imbalances etc etc
