As I continue on my Lyme, Babesia, Erlichia, and Bart treatment protocol, I have been feeling better. However when I hit the bacteria and parasites real hard, I get light sensitivity and annoying floaters in my eyes which can last for days or even weeks. I am currently on a heart supplement which has about
8 ingredients with the main ingredient being aged garlic (Allium sativum) - 435 mg. I would like to start taking a pure Bilberry 4:1 Extract 250 mg (1000 mg) which has 25% Anthocyanins (50 mg) to help heal my eyes by improving my light sensitivity and eliminating my floaters. After reading and researching Bilberry some people recommend not taking Bilberry with any blood thinners including garlic. I would like to continue to take the heart supplement since it has worked wonders to mitigate and heal some of the central nervous system and cardio related symptoms from Babesia. I would hate to stop taking it. Has anyone taken around 435 mg of garlic along with 1000 mg of Bilberry? Did you have any side effects? My heart supplement does have Bilberry in it but only 2 mg. I am also taking to attack Lyme and the coinfections the following: Houttuynia, Cryptolepis, Japanese Knotweed, Cat's Claw, Cordyceps, Eeuthero, Licorice Root, and wild oil of oregano. Some of these I was told have a slight blood thinning effect too. I also have been taking Lutein 40 mg with Zeaxanthin (1,600 mcg) which has help with making my vision sharper but it doesn't help with the floaters or light insensitivity.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
