Help, intense burning and chest pressure

Yesterday I was fine, bt ended up staying up way to late for reasons I couldn't sleep till about 12 am. I started to feel my legs burn. Today its awful tons of head burning, and fast heart beat and anxiety, crying because it's scary and because the nurse wont start antibiotics until I see the phsyc doc which is on Aug. 23rd now. I sent Dr. Sp office a message now and let Caitlyn know she needs to do something asap. I'm just going to end up in the er and they arent going to find anything wrong or do anything for that matter of course. I can barely even make it to the phsyc doc in person on top of that they want me to come in and wont allow virtual smh I'm thinking I'm so ****** for treatments and such. The neurophsyc symptoms are getting bad

idk if I have 2 threads it's called brain fog like most of us have and knows what it feels like to repost things or ask things over and over sorry lol

I will look at the second one and see if there’s posts on it ( besides yours’) and if not - I can delete it
