I just started up antibiotics again and just like last time I’m getting considerable nausea after taking them. I take probiotics but I’m wondering what else I can do to help battle this nausea. Should I be taking more probiotics? I take 100 billion probiotics plus 20-25 billion of sachromyhes B.
is there supplements that anyone has found helpful for this problem?

yep - ginger has been quite well documented as a real treatment - well worth a try - even ginger biscuits have been shown to help with travel sickness nausea.
i think i would try tincture as perhaps the strongest form.
alternatively fresh ginger grated and squeezed into a cup with hot water would also be a strong way to take it
i think cannabis is sometimes used to treat nausea in chemotherapy patients - so that's an option also
