Candidiasis

Hi everyone! I want to ask you for your opinion. Basically, every time I eat coconut oil, I take 1 tablespoon, I get a herx. Brain fog, numbness in my arm, dry mouth, sometimes even anxiety... if I stop eating it for even one day my tongue get completely white, I got sinus and lots of floaters, muscle tingling and gi symptoms. My question is. Does a Candida die off could cause that reaction So quickly? Anyone with similar reaction? It happens like 30min after I take the coconut oil. I try to take it once a day because my tongue gets better when I do... Also if I eat some sugar my symptoms flare up.
