Discoloration of teeth from rifampicin

I've been taking rifampicin for about 20 days now and my teeth already started to become yellow In the list of side effects it says discoloration of teeth is permanent. I almost cried in front of the mirror when I noticed it. I always liked my teeth and took good care of them, now it's like the darn bartonella are stealing my smile on top of everything. The gray stains I got from doxycyclin went away over time simply with brushing, but the rifampicin discolors the inside of the teeth I'm hesitant now to even continue the rifampicin, also because of the abx are killing my intestines (despite taking a lot for gut health) but they helped my eyes a lot....is there anything I can do to save my teeth? Maybe for prevention to keep them from getting even darker? Or herbals? And would bleaching even work?

I had staining from mino - blue/grey colour - when I was taking it daily with a previous Lyme doc

Those stains have gone away - but it took time (they wouldn’t come off with cleaning/scraping - (as I read it’s under the surface) - now I only take mino a few days a month and it hasn’t come back.

I don’t think the Rifampin coloured my teeth though.
