There are so many you tube vids of ppl hating their personal experiences of having high ebv antibody levels due to bartonella infection.

Haven't seen those. My EBV antibodies have been high for several years, including IgM. I've mentioned that a number of times. Just not sure how that can relate to Bartonella, which is not doubting it. Just trying to figure a correlation.

I'll try to find the link. Theres 2 or 3 ppl who mentioned having high ebv not knowing why and this was before they knew they had lyme/bart just like me and my son had ebv or so called ebv which is highly contagious yet nobody else in our family caught it! It must be caused by lyme/more bart because of the sore throat stuff it causes .I had high ebv for over a year and the docs like "no wonder you're so fatigue, u have ebv " and I'm like um no I dont. Bt I did have lyme and bart now I know.

in one of RW's threads we discussed that lyme is known to cause cross reactive antibodies with EBV and thereby cause false positive EBV antibodies results.

since so many people with Lyme also have bartonella - or people with bartonella have many or all of the same symptoms as Lyme and may be clinically diagnosed with Lyme - i would guess that this is why you will see lots of mentions of people with "lyme" reporting high EBV antibodies.
