Smelling too strongly

What is this, its driving me a little crazy not knowing. I'm smelling things like 10x strong as if its inside my mouth nose and lungs. This happens when I walk outside I can smell mold or dirty (soily smell like mold) super strong and sometimes other ppl cant smell it. Also seasonings and spices and household cleaners, perfume etc. I can smell it like if I'm breathing it in and tasting it (super strong) is this mild toxicity causing this or lyme , mcas?

You have an overactive limbic system that wants to protect you, but it's stuck and too sensitive. I used to have the same problems with smelling mold very well and I used to hold my breath when I passed certain buildings that had mold. Same for perfumes and cigarette smoke, but now I don’t notice the mold at all from the same buildings.

DNRS helped a lot with calming down my limbic system.
