Basically from what I’ve seen/heard the way it works now is you’ll send them a descript
ion of your problems. They’ll write back with an initial plan and tell you what group to join.
Once in the group you’ll have some time to discuss your problem and concerns and she’ll give you information and recommendations. She calls on people at random in the group. But she makes sure each new comer has a chance to talk. You can also write questions in the side chat which she’ll answer. And listening to what others are getting benefit from/struggling with is really informative.
Her secretary can take a bit to respond tho, which is frustrating . She also has a protege called Matt Cress who she has been training. He’s young but seems sharp and eager and discusses your case with her. So If you wanted to do a 1v1 you could do it w him. Although Mary is quite inspiring and instills confidence, id def recommend joining the groups at some point even if you go w Matt
